fuel dispenser Main frame installation The installation method of submersible pump fuel dispenser is similar to that of suction pump fuel dispenser. The horizontal distance from main frame to underground tank is no more than 60m, vertical distance no exceeding 4m, delivering pipe with less 0.2% slant, elbow as few as possible. Power supply lead, control line and communicating cable are installed respectively. Main wire pipe adopts 2’?seamless steel pipe, branch 1 1/2 ‘? fuel dispenser Pressure testing of pipe should be conducted strictly in accordance with stipulation of GB50156 because the working pressure of submersible pump is 0.25~~0.3Mpa, even 0.63Mpa in instance. Safety valve should be installed in submersible pump fuel dispenser, connecting pipe with stainless steel corrugated pipe. It should be installed at the angel iron fixed in concrete, connecting with pipe. (Illustrated in Diagram 5-11) 1.1 Electric installation Electric installation includes power supply installation and connection of fuel dispenser with junction box assembly. 1: Oil filter end 2: Gasket 3: Check valve 4: Pipe 5: Safety valve 6: U-shape bracket 7: Angle iron 8: Upper flange 9: Corrugated pipe 10: Low flange Diagram 5-11: Inlet connection sketch map of fuel dispenser Power supply installation (reference to Diagram 5-12): adopting oil-resistance and erosive resistance three threads copper cable, section no less than 1mm2, outside diameter about 8mmm. User’s lines and signal cable are connected into explosion-proof junction box. 1.2 Junction box installation There are many items installed in Junction box, including terminal, power breaker (switchers of power and fuel dispensers), touch-switch, hot protection relay, general relay controlled by low voltage, signal terminal and control board of submersible pump. Other installations should be conducted strictly in accordance with electric control drawing. fuel dispenser 1.3 Submersible pump installation Submersible pump is delivering equipment with positive pressure, which fuel dispenser

As the FEP never initiates dialogue with the POS the POS will send periodic 1820 Network Management Advice messages to the FEP to which the FEP will respond. The FEP can then monitor for communications with the POS and will be aware when a terminal has not communicated in some time and can alert operational staff. When a the FEP has been off-line the POS can detect the re-establishment of communication by receiving a 1830 Network Management Advice Response. This indicates that the FEP is again on-line and the POS can send on-line transact fuel dispenser ions again. Network Management messages do not r fuel dispenser

d Georgia s entire gas supply (and, via Georgia, Armenia s) were blown up near the Georgian border. Later in the morning, and several hundred kilometres away, an electricity line was knocked out too. The volatile Mr Saakashvili promptly exploded himself. There is a host of possible suspects militant Russian nationalists thought to have bombed a Russian train last year; separatists operating both in Russia and in South Ossetia, a breakaway region of Georgia; or (say some i fuel dispenser n Moscow) the Georgian government itself. But Mr Saakashvili seemed sure of the culprit s identity the explosions were “outrageous blackmail?by an “enemy”—ie, Russia—which was unable to behave in a civilised way. “Hysterical and bacchanalian,?said the Russian foreign ministry. The evidence that Russia or Gazprom, the state-controlled gas giant, sabotaged its own pipelines was circumstantial the explosions appeared co-ordinated, and they happened in places supposedly controlled by Russian security forces. Mr Saakashvili alluded to Russian threats to induce Georgia to hand control of its gas pipelines to Gazprom. (Russia s sponsorship of South Ossetia and Abkhazia, another breakaway bit of Georgia, is a further gripe.) Just when the diplomatic tone seemed to be improving, arguments began over pipeline repairs. Nika Gilauri, Georgia s energy minister, says that his man on the scene was asked to leave, after a dispute with the Russians. Zurab Noghaideli, the prime minister, says that the aim of the blasts was to “get people on to the streets?of Tbilisi and destabilise the government. If so, it has not worked. Power cuts have been a way of life for much of Georgia s post-Soviet existence (though there have been fewer recently). And, as Merab Pachulia, a Tbilisi pollster, says, anti-Russian sentiment has been hardening in Georgia as pro-Americanism has grown. “GasPutin? as Tbilisi protesters have dubbed V fuel dispenser ladimir Putin, Russia s president, is likely to be blamed more than Mr Saakashvili.
